Our brief was to do a full re-brand of the Mall Group's clothing-care services, with re-designed brand images that worked across a new website, printed posters and flyers, and social media. We chose messaging which connected emotionally with people, highlighting the way in which quality, clean, and comfortable clothing enhances our relationships with ourselves, one another, and our homes.
We also put together a video which outlined the nature of Mall Group's laundry-drop services. Our approach foregrounded the ease and convenience of the door-to-door drycleaning service, taking the customer through the streamlined process of ordering, and contrasting the sunny serenity of home with the crisp bustle of industry.
TBD Digital did further work for Mall Group in the form of a re-brand and website for theTailoring aspect of their business. We settled on sophisticated, clean colours and classical design features to foreground the long-standing, trusted nature of their business.
